Coach's BBQ didn't start in a restaurant. It started around a grill in a driveway, with a family that believed the best meals are the ones you wait for.

Today, we bring that same patience and pride to everything we smoke here in East Brewton. We don't rush the process — a good brisket takes as long as it takes, and we'd rather lose customers than lose quality.
